Nordic cooperation

The Danish Consumer Ombudsman works closely together with his Scandinavian colleagues. The similarities in Nordic marketing law, and the way in which it is administrated owe itself to a long tradition of legal cooperation.

The DCO and his Nordic colleagues have drawn up an agreement to take joint action pursuant to the Injunctions Directive.
