Act on Certain Payment Instruments was repealed 1 November 2009. It regulated rules on issuance of payment instruments. Some of the rules of this Act can now be found in the Payment Services Act.

The Danish Act on Certain Payment Instruments was repealed 1 November 2009 and the Act contained rules on issuance of payment instruments. A payment instrument means e.g. a petrol coupon, cash cards and prepaid mobile cash cards.
