The Danish Competition and Consumer Authority
As of 19 August 2010, the Danish competition and consumer authorities have merged. Find more information about the Competition and Consumer Authority at www.kfst.dk.
The Consumer Complaints Board
The Consumer Complaints Board was founded in 1975.
The Consumer Complaints Board deals with complaints from private consumers concerning goods, labour or services provided by businesses. Complaints may be lodged against a party who can be sued in a Danish court under the general provisions of Danish law in respect of the matter with which the complaint is concerned.
The Danish Consumer Council
The Danish Consumer Council was founded in 1947.
The Danish Consumer Council is an independent NGO that works to promote consumers' interests vis-a-vis the Government, the Parliament, public authorities and the business community.
